Booking & Policies

At True Hands Massage, my aim is to provide a calm, professional and welcoming experience for every client. Please take a moment to read the following policies before booking your appointment.

Booking & Deposits

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment and helps cover room hire costs in the event of cancellations or missed appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Your £10 deposit is non-refundable. However, where sufficient notice is given, I will always do my best to transfer your deposit to a new appointment where circumstances allow.

Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments without notice may be asked to pay in full before future bookings are accepted.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to allow time to complete your consultation form.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened so that following appointments are not affected. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Health Information

Your safety is my priority.

Before your treatment, you'll be asked to complete a confidential consultation form and disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or medications that may affect your treatment.

Please inform me if anything changes before future appointments.

Massage may not be suitable for certain medical conditions, and in some cases I may ask you to seek medical advice before treatment.

Professional Standards

True Hands Massage provides professional Swedish massage in a safe, respectful and therapeutic environment.

Any inappropriate behaviour, abusive language or requests of a sexual nature will result in your treatment ending immediately, with no refund given. Future appointments will not be accepted.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of managing appointments and providing safe massage treatments.

All consultation forms and personal information are stored securely and treated as confidential in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Your information will never be shared with third parties unless required by law.
